Because in what is sure to be a staple of Halloween this year, a costume is now available… of course there is.
And yes, an even more realistic Sonic is somehow more terrifying.
While the movie has been pushed back three months to alter Sonic’s design after fan outrage, star Jim Carrey reckons the audience shouldn’t be dictating the creative process.
“I don’t know quite how I feel about the audience being in on the creation of it, while it’s happening,” he said.
“We’ll have to see what that entails. Sometimes you find that the collective consciousness decides it wants something and then when it gets it, it goes, ‘OK, I don’t want it’.”
Speaking further about reshoots, Carrey added: “You become a Frankenstein’s monster at some point right?
“I don’t really concern myself with things once I did my thing. I’m not super concerned about it. It’s gonna happen how it happens. It’s either going to be a good thing or a bad thing.”
