Samsung’s big news this summer is that two new devices are dropping in the very near future – the Galaxy Tab S6 and the Watch Active 2.
Just one week before the company heads to the big stage to announce the upcoming Galaxy Note 10, it has teased us with a few details online about the new upgrades.
Both devices seem to be a big improvement on the old model, but will come at a bit of a price.
First up, the Galaxy Tab S6 looks to follow the current tablet trend of doubling up as both a laptop and a tablet.
It has a 10.5″ WQXGA Super AMOLED (1600X2560) display (287 ppi) and weighs just 420g.
The tablet will have two cameras on the back: an ultra-wide 12µm with F2.2 aperture and a wide camera, while the front camera will be a 12µm, 8MP camera.
It comes packed with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8150 Mobile Platform processor for super, streamlined speeds, and a choice of 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, or 8GB RAM with 256GB storage.
It has a whopping 7040mAh battery, which should be almost two days worth of use in a single charge, and it even has fingerprint and facial recognition authentication.
There are also three colours to choose from – Cloud Blue, Rose Blush, and Mountain Grey.
As of writing, there are no extra details on the Watch Active 2 just yet, but we will keep you posted as soon as we know.
Samsung is set to announce the new Note 10 during its Unpacked live event in Brooklyn, New York on August 7. You can watch the livestream here and be the first to know about it.
